When Should You Renew?
6 Months Before Expiry
You can file for renewal up to 6 months before your trademark expires.
Within 6 Months After Expiry
Late renewal possible with additional surcharge of ₹4,500.
Restoration (6-12 Months)
If missed, restoration is possible within 6-12 months after expiry.
After 12 Months
Trademark is removed from register. Fresh application needed.
